What you'll do :

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator has two critical areas of responsibly :

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment
• Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores incoming materials and supplies. Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.

Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation.

We need you to have :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of shipping / receiving experience
• Certified forklift driver
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and consistently
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system

Job Requirements REQUIREMENTS :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with inventory and warehousing including cycle counting, UPS and FedEx freight requirements and handling.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and professional communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, ProTraQ, PowerPoint, UPS Worldship, and J D Edwards)
